Book Blurb

Love is trying to catch up to two lonely men. Can they stop long enough to let it?

Running defines Kincaid’s life. It’s not until he loses it that he realizes how isolated he’s become. But even if an injury hadn’t forced him to slow down, the hottie in the yoga studio would have given him pause. In fact, admiring the man each morning is the only thing keeping the spring in his step when it feels like he’s lost everything.

Owen’s busy life as a yoga instructor doesn’t leave him much time to meet guys, let alone date. He’s convinced his passion for helping people is worth the sacrifice, but he’s willing to spare a few moments for the cutie who walks past the studio every morning.

When their lives intersect and romance is set in motion, they stumble off the starting block. But no matter the obstacles in their path, this race won’t be over until they reach the finish… together.

Book Review

This novella was a good read! I really enjoyed this book. It is not full of drama or anything, it basically gets to the point and stays there which I enjoy sometimes. This was one of those times.

For months Kincaid has been passing by a yoga studio crushing on one of the instructors. Now that he has an injury and his doctor has suggested yoga as a preventive in the future, Kincaid knows what studio he is going to check out.

Once he gets there he almost chickens out and does not go in but the instructor sees Kincaid and comes out and talks to him. Owen is shocked when he sees the guy he has had a thing for come in the studio and then leave before even talking to anyone, so he follows him out and talks to him.

After talking and getting to know each other better and discussing a course of action for Kincaid’s injury and how to help him with preventing another injury, Owen sends Kincaid on his way in hopes that he will return and do the exercises. What neither man expected was to run into each other much quicker than expected and to put a huge Stop Sign to Owen getting to know Kincaid better? How will these two men deal with their attraction with this new obstacle in front of them?

This was such a great read. I really enjoyed this book. Bru Baker always does a great job on writing books and always I look forward to the next books from Bru when they come out!!
